Este encerramento, que se espera tempor��rio, est�� relacionado com uma investiga??o �� Soft Bet Limited, empresa que fornece servi?os �� FantasticWin e que est�� neste momento a ser investigada pela Maltese Gaming Authority.

A FantasticWin possu�� uma licen?a de jogo online, identificada pela Soft Bet Limited, com o n��mero MGA/CL2/166/2003 emitida pela Maltese Gaming Authority.
A empresa Soft Bet foi solicitada a prestar declara??es no ambito de um pedido de coopera??o, que envolve o envio de diversas informa??es e documentos.
Todos os sites que t��m tecnologia fornecida pela Soft Bet limited �C na qual se inclu�� a FantasticWin �C t��m a actividade suspensa at�� esta coopera??o ser conclu��da.
As contas associadas aos clientes encontram-se seguras, sob vigilancia da Maltese Gaming Authority, que j�� emitiu uma comunica??o oficial sobre este assunto.
Esta situa??o n?o est�� relacionada com o processo de regula??o em Portugal. A FantasticWin foi apanhada de surpresa com as recentes not��cias estando a acompanhar os desenvolvimentos com o regulador local e prometendo uma nova comunica??o nas pr��ximas horas.

Para al��m da FantasticWin, a pr��pria Maltese Gaming Authority tamb��m j�� emitiu uma comunicado sobre este incidente:
The Malta Gaming Authority (hereinafter the ��Authority��) is hereby notifying that Soft Bet Limited, remote gaming licence MGA/CL2/166/2003, has been suspended as of 28th July, 2015.
Soft Bet Limited has thus been directed to indefinitely suspend all gaming operations, cease to register new players, suspend all transactions on all websites, including deposits and withdrawals, and submit all data and documentation requested by the Authority.
Furthermore the Authority hereby notifies that any websites operated by Soft Bet Limited, or associated with Soft Bet Limited, and which make reference to the Authority or the above-quoted licence are not approved to be operational by the Authority. Due to the suspension of the licence, Soft Bet Limited is therefore not authorised to continue conducting gaming by means of distance communications under an Authority licence.
Players who deem to have any outstanding payments due to them on the mentioned licence are to send an email to [email protected] and should submit the following information:
Name and Surname;
Registered Address;
Date of Birth;
Copy of Passport or ID Card;
Telephone Number;
User Name; and
Screenshot of Balance or any pending Cash Outs (if not available an estimated balance is to be submitted).
